Ahhhh, the sound of silence....

Katie started school this week and I suddenly have a quiet house. Well, except for Hollis when he is awake. That child is giving my a run for my money. He is a doll, though.

I have had a little more time on my hands to just stamp for the sake of making a card and not just getting ready for a workshop. And what better reason to make a card than because you have "babies" on the brain. My brother and sweet sister-in-law are expecting their first baby this January. I am soooo excited that I can't stand it. My head is spinning with the thoughts of more little hands and feet in the family. So I have baby card ideas swimming in my mind, now. I bought the Nursery Necessities set from Stampin' Up! and this is the first of many cards made with it.

All the supplies are from Stampin' Up!

Cardstock:

Close to Cocoa, Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Ruby Red, & Whisper White.

Ink:

Ruby Red, Close to Cocoa, Bashful Blue, & So Saffron stampin write markers

I layered the small oval, 1" circle, and the Designer Label punches.

I used the distresser from the Cutter Kit and So Saffron brads. Hope you like it and there will be more in the coming days.
